Depois da renúncia escandalosa de Sean Spicer, devido às discordâncias com seu chefe, e da saída de Anthony Scaramucci, cuja permanência no cargo durou só 11 dias, uma mulher jovem é apontada como a nova secretária de imprensa da Casa Branca.
Trata-se de Hope Hicks, uma jovem de 28 anos, ex-modelo e velha conhecida de sua filha, Ivanka Trump.
Durante toda a campanha eleitoral do atual presidente, foi precisamente Hicks quem tratou de sua página no Twitter.
Mais tarde, sob a direção de Sean Spicer, ela ocupou o posto de diretora de comunicações estratégicas da Casa Blanca.
Em janeiro de 2017, Hope Hicks encabeçou a lista da Forbes das mulheres jovens mais bem sucedidas do mundo.
